RETURN POLICY – ARDELA

1. CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE

1.1 You may cancel or modify your order by emailing info@ardelaboutique.com.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If the goods are already en route, please wait until delivery and then return the items. You may notify us in advance of your intent to cancel. For the fastest return process, please provide a shipping confirmation. Early refunds are possible only after 16 weeks if the goods were not received.

1.3 Due to our fully automated system, orders are activated immediately. Therefore, a refund before goods are received is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

2.1 This Return Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions that apply to our website.

2.2 If you're not satisfied with your order, you may email us and return the product. You have 14 days from receipt of your last item to initiate a return.

2.3 Return shipping and costs are the customer's responsibility.

2.4 A refund will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.

2.5 Returned items must be:

- In unused condition

- With original packaging and untampered labels

- Properly packed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2.6 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and approve your return.

2.7 If the return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund to the original payment method. No storage fees apply.

2.8 Cancellation is complete once we receive the returned goods.

2.9 As our goods ship from Asia, transit delays are possible. Early refunds are only possible after 16 weeks if the order was not received.

2. Fill it out, sign it, and return it via email.

3. Ship the goods back using a trackable shipping method.

Using a tracking number allows us to match the return to your order and process your refund promptly.
